The reality of paper

Each injured person carries a RIDDOR status and a reporting deadline calculated from the incident date - the shorter deadline for specified injuries and hospital cases, the longer one for over-seven-day lost time. The platform tracks the obligation and records the submission reference, the date, who reported it and what was reported, plus the HSE acknowledgement when it comes back. It manages the deadline and the evidence; you file with HSE.
